BRAND ASSISTANT
Marchon Eyewear is currently looking for a high-energy, team oriented individual to join our Brand and Product department as a Brand Assistant in our Melville, NY corporate HQ.

Responsibilities for this exciting position include:

Advertising and media
Coordinate product reviews for photo shoots
Manage international media process, where applicable

Marketing
Work with brand-collection specialist and VP to develop marketing and sales programs to drive business
Develop and manage marketing calendar
Determine POP needs; act as the competitive expert
Prepare marketing related materials for new collection launches
Develop and direct "rep" mailings to salesforce
Communicate information to Marchon's global network
Develop cross-promotional activities with other licensees
Liase with Licensor on marketing and brand issues
Coordinate team meetings; prepare agenda, distribute notes and follow up

Budgets/Financials
Prepare and manage marketing budgets

Miscellaneous
Sales analysis
Retail market audits
Qualified individuals will posses the following skills and experience:
3-5 years experience in marketing or advertising
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Independent worker; self motivated and self starter
Analytical and creative abilities
Ability to drive decisions and get closure on issues

WAREHOUSE CLERKS
Marchon Eyewear is currently looking for energetic, hard-working, team players to join their warehouse and distribution-center team. Positions within our warehouse offer a safe and clean working environment, a solid career path, and the opportunity to join stable and team-oriented organization.

We currently have both Full Time and Part Time positions open in the following areas:

PICKING
RECEIVING
SHIPPING

Responsibilities vary from position to position, however most positions require:

Performing inventory count and Quality Control checks (must check all frames for proper size, color, style, etc.).
Stocking shelves.
Positions require a lot of bending, climbing ladders and standing.

Qualifications:
Must be a Goal and production-oriented team player.
Must be able to read small numbers and labels on boxes and frames.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent counting and number skills
