Customer Service - Melville, NY

We seek high-energy people to join our Customer Service Team. We have several full-time positions available. These positions will provide you with the opportunity to assist all accounts with diverse needs by processing orders and assuring they go in on time. You will also provide support to our sales reps by entering orders into the system. The ideal candidate will posses a great personality, excellent communication skills (bi-lingual a definite plus), and a desire to make a difference. Prior customer service and computer/keyboard experience preferred.

Distribution Center - Assistant Supervisor - Melville, NY

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Supervisor. The open positions are part of the following areas of our Distribution Center:
- Order Fulfillment
- International Shipping

Qualified candidates must
- have experience in a warehouse distribution, or manufacturing environment, which will include functioning at the assistant supervisory level;
- be a take-charge, high-energy individual with "hands-on" experience and a desire to make a difference
- be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel;
- have excellent organizational and communication skills (written/verbal);
- be detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills; and
- have a pleasant and professional manner.

- have 3-5 years experience in a warehouse distribution, or manufacturing environment, which will include functioning at the supervisory level;
- be a take-charge, high-energy individual with "hands-on" experience and a desire to make a difference;
- be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel;
- have excellent organizational and communication skills (written/verbal);
- be detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills; and
- have a pleasant and professional manner.

Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 49 South, which is Route 110 South. Proceed south approximately one and 1/2 miles to Spagnoli Road.
